TERMS AND CONDITIONS
City Tours
In the case of event unforeseen or beyond our control, such as protests, public celebrations, concerts or others, we reserve the right to implement changes to our route or itinerary, or of cancelling a tour. In these cases, we will communicate any change or cancellation as soon as possible.

On Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, festive days and days with special events the companies or non-profit organizations we visit on the tours may be closed.

During a tour it will be the guest's responsibility to take care of their belongings. We won't be helps responsible for damage, theft or loss.
​
It will also be a guest's responsibility to watch for their safety and well being, being careful during each walking tour.
Trips
All our trips have a minimum of 2 people which reduces the possibility of canceling the tour for not achieving the minimum required. However, if this happens, you will be notified at least 2 weeks in advance and 100% of the amount paid will be returned to the same means of payment.

​If you need to cancel your trip, you will receive a 100% refund of your payment up to 72 hours before the start date of the trip. Cancellations with less that 72 hours notice will receive a 60% refund.

In case of eventualities such as weather conditions or socio-political event, changes to the itinerary could be made. These will be informed in advance.

The minimum age for a single traveler is 18 years and adults can make reservations that include underage passengers.
​
During the tour it will be the responsibility of each client to take care of their belongings and we will not be responsible for damages, theft or loss of these.
